If you have encountered an issue with your Breas product, please use the link to access the Jira system to begin the reporting process.


To streamline your form entry, please have the following information ready:
• Name
• Contact Information
• Company
• Type of Device
• Device Serial Number
• Nature of Issue (ie: Is this about a device or a shipment? Is there a reportable event?)


Once submitted, the Breas Customer Support team will communicate with you and work towards a resolution.
